- October 01, 1992: Quang Binh Water Supply and Sewerage Company was established on the basis of Dong Hoi Water Plant;

- March 28, 2006: Quang Binh Water Supply Limited Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND38.05 billion;

- June 09, 2006: Renamed as Quang Binh Water Supply and Sewerage Limited Company;

- August 21, 2014: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2295/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Quang Binh Water Supply and Sewerage Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- April 01, 2015: Officially transformed into Quang Binh Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND133,683,760,000 under the business registration certificate No.3100130287 issued by Quang Binh Department of Planning and Investment;

- July 16, 2015: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- September 13, 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND172,302,040,000 under the business registration certificate No.3100130287 amended for the 7th time by Quang Binh Department of Planning and Investment;
