- 1954: The State took over and reorganized Nam Dinh Yarn Plant under the name as Nam Dinh Textile Union Plant;
- 14 June 1995: Renamed as Nam Dinh Textile Company under the Decision No.831/CNn- TCLD issued by Minister of Light Industry;
- July 2005: Renamed as Nam Dinh Textile State-owned One-member Limited Company - an independent accounting entity under Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation (VINATEX) (now Vietnam National Textile And Garment Group);
- 13 February 2007: Minister of Industry issued the Decision No.547/QD-BCN on tranforming Nam Dinh Textile One-member Limited Company into a joint stock company;
- 25 December 2007: Transformed into Nam Dinh Textile Garment Joint Stock Corporation with a charter capital of VND136 billion under the business registration certificate No.0600019436 issued for the first time by Nam Dinh Department of Planning and Investment;
- 26 October 2015: Became a public company under the Document No.6727/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
- 11 September 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
