- 23 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an average winning bid of VND18,902 per share;

- 05 January 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint-stock company with a charter capital of VND295,622,070,000;
