- 31 December 1975: Binh Duong Building Materials and Construction Joint Stock Company was established under the former name as Song Be Provincial Building Materials Import and Export Factory. After being renamed for a number of times, the Company was named Binh Duong Building Materials and Construction Joint Stock Company;

- 06 March 2006: Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 61/2006/QD-UBND on transforming Binh Duong Building Materials and Construction from a state-owned company model into mother company-subsidiary model;

- 25 February 2010: Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.466/QD-UBND on reorganizing and reforming the enterprise in accordance with the Document No. 151/TTg-DMDN dated 19th January 2010 by the Prime Minister, in which Binh Duong Building Materials and Construction Company was transformed into One-Member Limited Company;

- 27 August 2013: Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 2062/QD-UBND on transferring the representative authority of ownership in Binh Duong Building Materials and Construction One-Member Limited Company's Equities to Thanh Le General Import - Export Trading Corporation(THALEXIM);

- 04 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND10,026 per share;

- 11 April 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND1,000 billion;

- January 2017: Became a public company;

- 22 March 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
