- 15 June 2010: Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Decision No.3127/QD-BCT on transforming the Company into Vinacomin - Material, Transport and Stevedoring Company Limited under Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group;

- 18 December 2013: Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group issued the Decision No.2378/QD-Vinacomin on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Vinacomin - Material, Transport and Stevedoring Company Limited into a joint stock company;

- 26 February 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with a successfully offered quantity of  321,500 shares and average winning bid of VND10,002 per share;

- 01 May 2014: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND150 billion under the business registration certificate No.5700100707 amended for the sixth time by Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 19 November 2014: Became a public company;

- 28 April 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
