- Jan 18, 2001: MT GAS Limited Company was established with the initial chartered capital of VND1.8 billion. Company operated as an agent in extracting and trading gas with trademark of Petro Vietnam.
- 2004: The conpany invested in building a large engergy warehouse with a capacity of more than 1,300 tons of LPG in Ben Luc, Long An.
- 2007: MT GAS Limitedd Company transformed to MT Gas Joint Stock Company.
- 2007: The company increased the chartered capital to VND80 billion.
- 08 January 2009: Listed on HOSE.
- 02 August 2017: Charter capital was decreased down to VND63 billion.
