- 17 November 1989: Houses and Urban Works Management Company under Phu Yen Department of Construction was established under the Decision No.304/UB.TC issued by Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee;
- 28 September 1996: Houses and Urban Works Development State-owned Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND1.06 billion through reorganization of Houses and Urban Works Management Company under the Decision No.1441/QD-UB issued by Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee;
- 28 February 2006: Transformed into Tuy Hoa City Houses and Urban Works Development One-Member Limited Company with a charter capital of VND5,789,373,587 under the Decision No.381/QD/UBND issued by Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee;
- 25 July 2012: Renamed as Phu Yen Town Environment One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.1103/QD-UBND issued by Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee;
- 27 September 2013: Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1704/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Phu Yen Town Environment One-Member Limited Company into a joint stock company;
- 07 November 2013: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) at average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;
- 31 December 2013: Shareholders' meeting was successfully held for the first time to establish Phu Yen Town Environment Joint Stock Company;
- 02 January 2014: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND61.43 billion;
- 10 January 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.187/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 15 May 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
