- 15 January 2008: With the first chartered capital of VND 1,5 billion, Phu Thanh Garment JSC was founded.

- 20 November 2014: The Company increased its chartered capital to VND 96 billion by issuing more stocks for current shareholders and worked under the model of Parent company - Subsidiary with the former was Phu Thanh Garment JSC and the latter was Phu Vinh Hung Textile Co., Ltd.

- 20 July 2015: Became a public company.

- 31 December 2015: The company's stocks were picked up on HNX with the ticker MPT.

- 15 January 2016: 9,6 million MPT stocks were officially traded on HNX with the closing price at the ending session of VND15.000 per stock. 

- 24 March 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND155,520,000,000.

- 06 December 2018: Renamed as Truong Tien Group Joint Stock Company.

- September 09, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND171.071.640.000.

- May 25, 2021: Delisted from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

- June 02, 2021: Traded on UPCOM market;

- October 19, 2021:  Renamed as MPT Group Joint Stock Company;
