- 07 March 2016: Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.439/QD-UBND on approving the equitization plan of Nam Dinh Environment One-Member Limited Company;

- 06 May 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at average winning bid of VND10,103 per share;

- 01 August 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND21,944,750,000;

- 11 October 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.6819/UBCK - GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 11 August 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
