- The Company's main business lines are (i) apparel manufacturing, (ii) trading of textile and garment products, (iii) real estate business (residential housing construction).

- August 1980: Nha Be Garment Enterprise was established through merging of Doc Lap Garment Enterprise and Cuu Long Garment Enterprise;

- 24 March 1992: Transformed into Nha Be Garment Compaby under Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation under the Decision No.225/CNn-TCLD issued by Ministry of Light Industry; 

- 2004: Equitized and renamed as Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of VND64 billion;

- 25 June 2007: Became a public company;

- 06 August 2008: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.74/2008/QD-BCN on the establishment of Nha Be Garment Corporation;

- 16 October 2008: Charter capital wa raised up to VND100 billion;

- 30 December 2008: Charter capital wa raised up to VND140 billion;

- 01 December 2011: Charter capital wa raised up to VND182 billion;

- 24 April 2018: Traded on UPCOM market;
