- 1975: Central Chemical Pharmaceutical 24 established in 2001, a member of Vietnam General Chemical Corporation.
- 1985: Central Chemical Pharmaceutical 24 merged with Central Chemical Pharmaceutical 22 into Central Chemical Pharmaceutical 24- MEKOPHAR.
- November 1992, the firm established Mekong Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint stock company.
- July 1993: the firm joint-ventured with Korean Woopyung to establish Woopyung - Mekophar.
- 01 June 2000: Central Chemical Pharmaceutical 24- MEKOPHAR bought Woopyung - Mekophar and made it a anti-body production factory.
- 19 December 2001: Central Chemical Pharmaceutical 24- MEKOPHAR changed the business model into joint stock company and changed name to Mekophar Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company with initial charter capital of VND36 billion.
- June 2003: Mekong Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint stock company merged into Mekophar Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
- 2003: Invested in building An Sinh hospital and the hospital started operation from May 7, 2006.
- March 2006: Increased charter capital to VND54 billion.
- December 2006: Increased charter capital to VND84 billion.
- September 2008: Increased charter capital to VND92.1 billion.
- June 2, 2010: Listed on the HOSE.
- 2011: Increased charter capital to VND101 billion.
- 12 July 2012: Delisted from HOSE.
- 2014: Increased charter capital to VND131 billion.
- 2015: Increased charter capital to VND151 billion.
- 2016: Increased charter capital to VND194 billion.
