- 15 June 2010: Transformed into a State Owned Company Limited and operated in business model of Parent Company - Subsidiary under the Decision No.3168/QD-BCT issued by Ministry of Industrial and Trade;

- 11 March 2016: Ministry of Industrial and Trade issued the Decision No.395/QD-TTg on approving the paln of equitizing the Parent Company - Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation;

- 21 November 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,021 per share;

- 20 January 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND1,419,915,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.0100101379 amended for the seventh time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 09 May 2017: Became a public company;

- 15 December 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
