- January 28, 2008: Mobile Information Network Infrastructure Technical Services Joint Stock Company (MOBITECHS) was established with a charter capital of VND34,587,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.0103021688 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
- December 2008: Erection of 150 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) was completed.
- March 2009: Established 02 branches in Hai Phong and Can Tho.
- 2010: Established 3 branches in Hochiminh City, Da Nang and Dong Nai.

- June 22, 2012: Became a public company.

- May 16, 2014: Renamed as Mobifone Technical Service Joint Stock Company.
- October 17, 2017: Charter capital was increased to VND70.62979 billion;
- April 16, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market.
