- 07 November 1992: Mechanical Engineering Service Company was established under the Decision No.2723/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 15 July 2005: Transformed into Mechanical Engineering Service State-owned Limited Company, under Hanoi City People's Committee under the Decision No.103/2005/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 29 June 2011: Transformed into Mechanical Engineering Service Limited Company under the Decision No.3083/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 29 October 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an average winning bid of VND10,039 per share;

- 07 March 2016: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time to establish Mechanical Engineering Service Joint Stock Company;

- 08 March 2016: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.1366/QD-UBND on transforming  Mechanical Engineering Service Limited Company into Mechanical Engineering Service Joint Stock Company;

- 07 April 2016: Put into operation under a model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND186 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100106190 amended for the tenth time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
