- 13 April 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,006 per share;

- 31 December 2015: Transformed into LICOGI Corporation - JSC with a charter capital of VND900 billion;
