- May 15, 2015: The company was approved to go public by the stock committee of the State.

- November 26, 2015: The company's stocks were approved to be posted up on UPCoM with the ticker of LAW.

- December 21, 2015: The first trading day of 12.200.200 stocks on UPCoM with the closing price of VND 11.800 per stock.
