- January 27, 1996: Erection and Construction Company 45-1 under Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation (LILAMA) was established under the Decision No.009A/BXD-TCLD issued by Ministry of Construction; 

- May 09, 2007: Transformed into Lilama 45.1 Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND48 billion under the business registration certificate No.0301443037 issued by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;

- December 07, 2007: Became a public company;

- October 20, 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
