- 1995: Kon Tum Sugar Company, a former of Kon Tum Sugar Joint Stock Company, was established.

- 10/2000: Kon Tum Sugar Company was transfered to Quang Ngai Sugar Company and became Kon Tum Sugar factory under the Quang Ngai Sugar company.

- 12/2005: The Quang Ngai Sugar company was equitized and the Kon Tum Sugar factory became Kon Tum Sugar Company.

- 2008: Kon Tum Sugar Company was changed to Kon Tum Sugar Joint Stock Company with the charter capital of VND30 billion.

- 31/12/2010: The Company's stock was officially listed on HNX.

- 2011: Increased the charter capital to VND39 billion.

- 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND50.7 billion.
