- Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company is formerly known as Khanh Hoa Industrial Installing Company.
- In March, 1994: The company implemented to renovate square pillar foundry of Khanh Hoa Electromechanics- Power factory; installed centrifugal concrete production line.
- In December 1994: Inaugurated Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete shop.
- In May, 1997 : Building Centrifugal concrete shop at & Phan Phu Thu, Binh tan, Nha Trang; leaving old shops.
- July 1, 2005: Privatizing to become Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock company.
- December 19, 2008: The company is permitted to implement the project at C 5, 6, 7, 8 plots, at Dac Nong industrial zone, Vinh Phuong, Nha Trang.
- January, 2009: The company took over human sources of Khanh Hoa Industrial Installing Company.
- December 29, 2009: The company entered a new business registration and change charter capital from 10 billion to 15 billion.
- February 8, 2011: The company is officially listed on the UPCOM stock exchange.
- As of 31/12/2014: Charter capital was VND15 billion.
