- 22 January 2018: Traded on UPCOM market; 

- 01 March 2018: Transformed into Industrial Rubber Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No.3600259017 amended for the 05th time by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 02 May 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.2774/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
