- November 1999: Renamed as Central Pharmaceutical Company No.7, belonging to Vietnam Pharmaceutical Company.
- July 2001: Transformed to Inexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND22 billion.
- March 2005: Increased the charter capital to VND44 billion.
- 04 December 2006: The company was listed on HOSE.
