- August 1980: Labour Sources Center for Working Overseas was established;
- 05 October 1985: Renamed as International Labour Cooperation Center in accordance with the Decision No.3714/QD-TC issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- 15 August 1987: International Cooperation Labour Service Company under Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Welfare was established in accordance with the Decision No.3404/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- 24 December 1988: Cargo Delivery and Labour Cooperation Center was merged into International Cooperation Labour Service Company in accordance with the Decision No. 6599/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- 18 June 2004: Renamed as Hanoi International Labour Provision and Trade Company in accordance with the Decision No. 3871/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee:
- 20 February 2006: Transformed into Hanoi International Labour Provision and Trade State-Owned Limited Company in accordance with the business registration certificate No. 0104000354 issued by Hanoi Department of Investment and Planning;
- 05 April 2010: Renamed as International Investment Trade and Service State-Owned Limited Company;
- 01 June 2010: Renamed as International Investment Trade and Service Company in accordance with the Decision No.2417/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- 26 August 2010: International Investment Trade and Service Company was transformed into operation under a model of parent company-Subsidiary in accordance with the Decision No. 4153/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- 06 June 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,102 per share;
- 30 November 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company and renamed as International Investment Trade and Service Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND360 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100110052 amended for the fourteenth time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
- 19 March 2018: Traded on UPCOM market;
