- 16 November 1991: International Food Processing Industrial Company(IFPI) was established with an initial investment of USD1.14 million;
- 1994: Expanded its business by penetrating into biscuit market;
- 2003: Granted with the licence to produce carbonated juices and low-alcohol juices with the investment up to USD23 million;
- January 2005: Granted with the licence to produce purified water and PET bottle with the investment up to USD30 million;
- 09 August 2005: Transformed into Interfood Shareholding Company (Interfood) with a charter capital of VND206,336,000,000;
- 2006: The headquarter and main factory were moved to Tam Phuoc Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai province. In this year, The Company successfully launched IPO to raise its charter capital up to VND242.841.600.000;
- 17 October 2006: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) under a ticker IFS;
- 16 October 2007: Registered capital was raised up to VND1,444.5 billion while charter capital was increased up to VND291,409,920,000;
- Late 2009: The factory in Bien Hoa city stopped its operation while all of the production lines, equipment and inventories were moved to the factory in Tam Phuoc Industrial Park;
- 03 May 2013: Delisted from Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) when its accrual loss exceeded the actual charter capital in 2012;
- November 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND501,409,920,000;
- 2014: Charter capital was raised up to VND711,409,920,000;
- 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND871,409,920,000;
- Since 16 November 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
