- June 19, 1968: Construction Company under the Ministry of Light Industry was set up.

- November 13, 1990: The Company set up member enterprises.

- May 7, 1993: Light Industry Construction Company No. 1, ICI's forerunner was established.

- April 28, 2002: The firm changed its name into Industrial Construction Company No. 1 under Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation (VINAINCON).

- December 16, 2003: The Company was equitized with an initial charter capital of VND10 billion.

- August, 2005: The Company raised charter capital to VND12 billion.

- September, 2007: The Company raised charter capital to VND20 billion.

- October, 2009: The Company raised charter capital to VND30 billion through issuing 1 million new shares to its existing shareholders.

- July 6, 2010: ICI shares were debuted on UPCoM.

- As of December 12, 2013, the Company's chartered capital was VND40 billion.
