- In 1978: Ha Dong civil construction company in Ha Dong commune was established.
- 1/7/1995: Renamed to Ha Dong business and construction company (under Ha Dong department of construction)
- 18/8/2000: Became a member of housing and urban development corporation (HUD), then renamed to Urban construction and investment company No3.
- 22/7/2004: The company changed from operating in model of a state enterperise to a JSC with initial charter capital of 15 billion, renamed HUD3 Investment and construction company (under HUD).
- 31/12/2006: Completed issuing its shares to existing shareholders, office staffs and strategic partners, raising charter capital to VND20 billion;
- 14/6/2007: Issued plus shares to existing shareholders and separately to investors, raising charter capital to VND29,9 billion.
- 14/12/2007: Issued 89.668 shares to existing shareholders and 1.920.332 shares to investors with price: 11000VND per share, raised charter capital to VND50 billion;
- 26/7/2010: Issued 2 million shares plus to existing shareholders and 3million shares for them with price of 10000VND per share, raised charter capital to VND99,99944 billion;
- 18/3/2011: Company's shares were listed and traded on HOSE.
