- 25 July 1995: Road Vehicle Registration Center was established under the Decision No.1134/QD-UB issued by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee;
- 28 October 2005: Renamed as Hai Duong Motor Transport Vehicle Registration Center under Hai Duong Department of Transport under the Decision No.4922/2005/QD-UBND issued by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee;
- 28 June 2018: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an average winning bid of VND10,730 per share;
- 12 September 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
- October 01, 2018: Transfered into a Joint Stock Company and renamed as Hai Duong Motor Transport Vehicle Registration Joint Stock Company.
