- March 15,1997: Transformed into Hoa Binh Rubber Processing Plant under Processing Enterprise - Ba Ria Rubber Company;

- 2004: Transformed into Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company;

- December 26, 2006: Listed on Hochiminh Securities Trading Center (Now Hochiminh Stock Exchange);

- 2007: Charter capital was increased to VND172,609,760,000;

- 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND241,653,660,000;

- 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND302,066,220,000;
