- 9/4/1990: Dining - Service Company and Tourist Servive Company was integrated into Hoi An Tourist Service Company.
- 10/2006: The Company was equitized and changed name to Hoi An Tourist Service Joint Stock Compnay with the charter capital of VND 50 billion.
- 23/9/2010: The Company raised the charter capital to VND 80 billion.
- 21/7/2011: The Company was listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
