- 29 April 1993: Huu Nghi Garment and Printing Company under Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation was established under the Decision No.403/CNN-TCLD issued by Ministry of Light Industry;

- 21 March 2002: The Prime Minister issued the Decision No.211/QD-TTg on transforming Huu Nghi Garment and Printing Company into Huu Nghi Garment Joint Stock Company;

- 05 June 2002: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND18,836,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.4103001027 issued for the first time by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment;
