- October 1, 2001: Renamed as Ha Lam Coal Company.

- October 28, 2010: Renamed as Ha Lam -  Vinacomin Coal Joint Stock Company.

- August 18, 2011: Increased charter capital from VND 93 billion to VND 119.55 billion.

- December 20, 2013: Increased charter capital to 232.06 billion.

- June 16, 2015: Increased charter capital to VND 254.15 billion.
