- 2007: Construction of Duc Duong Paper Production Plant with a capacity of 15,000 tonnes of kraft paper per year was commenced;

- 2009: Duc Duong Paper Production Plant came into operation;

- 05 November 2012: Hai Phong Hoang Ha Paper Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND18 billion to acquire Duc Duong Paper Production Plant under the business registration certificate No.0201282851 issued for the first time by Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment;

- 12 January 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND27billion;

- 21 November 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND100 billion;

- 16 May 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.3105/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 01 August 2018: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 08 August 2018: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- August 27, 2019: Increased charter capital VND180 billion;

- December 24, 2020: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- March 03, 2021: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- July 22, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND200 billion;
