- 15 December 1999: Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Management Company was established through separating the functions of Bridge management & maintenance, ferry management and operation from Sai Gon Transportation Construction Company under the Decision No.7656/QD-UB-KT issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; - 12 May 2010: Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction One-Member Limited Company was established under the Decision No.2123/QD-UBND issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; - 10 December 2015: Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.6767/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction One-Member Limited Company into a joint stock company; - 01 February 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share; - 12 April 2016: Shareholders' meeting was held successfully for the first time to establish Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction Joint Stock Company; - 04 May 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND91 billion under the business registration certificate No.0301986393 amended for the sixth time by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment; - 22 August 2016: Became a public company; - 22 December 2016: Granted with the securities registration certificate No.206/2016/GCNCP-VSD for the first time by Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) with a registered quatity of 9,100,000 shares; - 30 March 2017: Traded on UPCOM market; |
