- 15 June 2009: Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Decision No.3012/QD-BCT on transforming Hanoi Electromechanical Manufacturing  One-member State-owned Limited Company into Hanoi Electromechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company;

- 03 July 2009: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND320 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100100456 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 08 June 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND322.45 billion;

- 01 April 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND368 billion;

- 03 January 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;

- 11 April 2019: Charter capital was raised up to VND387,046,500,000;
