- 16 June 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND44 billion under the name as Vietnam Hydraulic Engineering Consultants Joint Stock Corporation under the business registration No.0100103175 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 09 June 2008: Renamed as Vietnam Hydraulic Engineering Consultants Corporation - JSC;

- 06 January 2017: Became a public company;

- 14 July 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
