- 1936: Formerly known as Hai Duong Water Plant was constructed;
- 07 December 1992: Transformed into Hai Hung Water Supply Plant under the Decision No.1400/QD-UB issued by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee;
- 06 January 1997: Renamed as Hai Duong Water Supply Company under the Decision No.02/QD-UB issued by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee;
- 1999: Took over Phu Thai Water Plant with a capacity of 1,000m3 per day and night;
- 2003: Took over water supply projects in Sao Do townlet (Chi Linh district), Gia Loc townlet (Gia Loc district), Tu Ky townlet (Tu Ky district), Sat townlet (Binh Giang district) and An Luu townlet (Kinh Mon district);
- 12 July 2005: Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2803/QD-UBND on transforming Hai Duong Water Supply State-owned Company into Hai Duong Water One-member Limited Company;
- 2006: Implemented Hai Duong City Water Supply Network Construction Project with a capacity of 50,000m3 per day and night funded by ORET (Netherlands);
- 2009: Implemented Water Supply Network Construction Project in Gia Loc Townlet, Thanh Ha Townlet, Thanh Mien Townlet, Minh Tan - Phu Thu Townlets funded by the World Bank;
- 2012: Took over Pha Lai Water Supply System from Pha Lai Thermal Electric Joint Stock Company;
- 25 March 2014: Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.429/UBND-VP on the equitization of Hai Duong Water One-member Limited Company;
- 29 January 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,475 per share;
- 01 April 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND318,824,700,000 under the business registration certificate No.0800001348 amended for the 4th time by Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment;
- 28 September 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.6486/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
- 03 November 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
