- December 05, 2006: Hanoi Beer Trading Joint Stock Company was established with an inital charter capital of VND31.23 billion;

- January 01, 2007: Came into operation;

- June 2008: Completed assembly of a production line at Hanoi-Hung Yen 89 Beer Trading Joint Stock Company, in which it bought a 25% stake worth VND7.5 billion in 2007;

- July 2008: Commenced construction of Habeco Trading 33 Center in Thach That industrial park, Hanoi;

- August 2009: Habeco Trading Center 33 came into operation;

- October 29, 2010: Listed and traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
