- December 1958: Construction of Viet Tri Paper Factory was commenced;
- 19 May 1961: Viet Tri Paper Factory came into operation with an initial design capacity of 18,000 tons ò paper per year;
- October 1998: Renamed as Viet Tri Paper Company;
- 28 October 2000: Construction of industrial packaging paper production line with a capacity of 25,000 tons per year was commenced;
- 01 June 2002: Production line of industrial packaging paper came into operation;
- 16 May 2007: Minister of Industry issued the Decision No.1700/QD-BCN on approving the plan and equitizing and transforming Viet Tri Paper Company into Viet Tri Paper Joint Stock Company;
- 23 September 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND47 billion;
- 2009: Investing in the production line of printing and writing paper with a capacity of VND20,000 tons per year;
- 01 September 2009: Became a public company;
- 29 November 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND65 billion;
- 28 October 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND73.45 billion;
- 12 January 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
- July 20, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND116.05 billion.
