- 21 October 1992: Pleiku Water Factory was established under the Decision No.23/QD-UB by Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee;

- 13 June 1994: Renamed as Gia Lai Water Supply and Drainage State-owned Company under the Decision No.572/QD-UB by Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee;

- 31 August 2010: Plan on transforming Gia Lai Water Supply and Drainage State-owned Company into  Gia Lai Water Supply Limited Company was approved by Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee;

- 01 July 2015: Transformed into Gia Lai Water Supply Limited Company;
