- On October 27, 1995: Electrical Engineering Equipment Corporation was established under Decision No. 1120/QD-TCCBĐT of the Ministry of Heavy Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade). - On May 31, 2006: Electrical Engineering Equipment Corporation was transformed into Vietnam Electrical Equipment Corporation, operating under the parent company - subsidiary model. - On September 27, 2010: Vietnam Electrical Equipment Corporation organized the first public auction of shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange. - On December 1, 2010: Vietnam Electrical Equipment Corporation officially transformed into Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation with a charter capital of VND 1,400 billion. - October 26, 2015: GEX's first trading day on UPCoM with a closing price of VND 21,700/share. - On January 18, 2018: is the first trading day on HOSE with a reference price of VND 25,100/share. - On June 24, 2021: The company changed its name from Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation to GELEX Group Joint Stock Company. - On August 27, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND 7,811,904,000,000. - On December 8, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND 8,514,958,000,000. |
