- 15 May 2001: Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.35/2001/QD-UB on transforming Binh Dinh General Trading Company into Binh Dinh Commercial Trading  Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND7,319,400,000;

- September 2006: Charter capital was raised up to VND15 billion;

- 20 April 2007: Renamed as PETEC Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company with charter capital up to VND30.6 billion;

- October 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND40,391,470,000;

- 28 December 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
