- 30 October 2006: Dai Cuong Thai Binh Textile Limited Company was established with a charter capital of VND50 billion;

- 22 February 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND150 billion;

- 27 November 2013: Transformed into Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company;

- 16 September 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND430 billion;

- 31 December 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND500 billion;

- 31 December 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.8641/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 16 January 2017: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 06 February 2017: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
