- 26 March 1985: Bicycle Motor Associated Enterprise was established under the Decision No.51/QD-UB issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- September 1994: Transformed into Ho Chi Minh City Vehicle Machine Company under Ho Chi Minh Department of Industry;

- 03 June 2003: Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2078/QD-UB on equitization of Ho Chi Minh City Vehicle Machine Company into Friendship Trading - Industrial Joint Stock Company;

- 06 January 2005: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND39,437,100,000 under the business registration certificate No.0300743380 issued by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment; 

- 08 April 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND35 billion;

- 19 November 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND39,437,100,000;

- 07 August 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.5412/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 27 October 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
