- 19 August 1991: Renamed as Engine and Agricultural Machinery Spare Parts N01 Plant under the Decision No.381/QD-CNNG-TC issued by Ministry of Heavy Industry;

- 25 March 1995: Transformed into Machinery Spare Parts N01 Company under the Decision No.245QD/TCCBDT issued by Ministry of Heavy Industry;

- 26 April 2004: Transformed into  Machinery Spare Parts N01 Limited Company under the Decision No.31/2004/QD-BCN issued by Ministry of Industry;

- 03 April 2007: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.1122/QD-BCN on equitization of Machinery Spare Parts N01 Limited Company;

- 28 July 2008: Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Decision No.4148/QD-BCT on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Machinery Spare Parts N01 Limited Company into Machinery Spare Parts N01 Joint Stock Company;

- 31 December 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND70,798,530,000 under the business registration certificate No.4600358468 issued for the first time by Thai Nguyen Department of Planning and Investment;

- 31 May 2017: Became a public company under the document No.3493/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 27 September 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
