- 03 March 1993: Ho Chi Minh City Forest Products Company was established under the Decision No.69/QD issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 16 August 2000: Wooden Product Import Enterprise, and Forestation and Seedling Enterprise were merged into Ho Chi Minh City Forest Products Company, which was renamed as Saigon Forest Products Company under the Decision No.5478/QÐ-UB-CNN c?a Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 19 June 2002: Agricultural Mechanical Parts and Equipment Company was merged into Saigon Forest Products Company under the Decision No.2591/QD-UB issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; 

- 23 July 2010: Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.3245/QD-UBND on approving the plan of transforming Saigon Forest Products Company into Saigon Forest Products One-member Limited Company ;

- 10 November 2015: Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.5910/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Saigon Forest Products One-member Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 15 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND10,103 per share;

- 23 May 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND 117 billion under the business registration certificate No.0300695842 amended for the fifth time by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 09 March 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.1222/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 24 November 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
