- November 22, 2010: Renamed as FLC Group Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND170billion;

- 2011: Listed and traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- December 2018: Inaugurated FLC Ha Long Bay Golf Club & Luxury Resort Complex – Quang Ninh;

- February 14, 2019: Commenced the construction of the International General Hospital in Thai Binh with a scale of 1,000 beds;
