- April 2002: Renamed as Pho Yen Mechanical Company;

- 12 December 2013: Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company under the Decision No.215/2003/QD-BCN issued by Ministry of Industry (Now Ministry of Industry and Trade);

- 07 May 2004: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND5,467,000,000;

- 02 October 2008: Charter capital was raised up to VND9.5 billion;

- 17 August 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND18.5 billion;

- 11 May 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND37 billion;

- 13 April 2017: Became a public company;

- 20 October 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
