- 27 February 2009: HaNoi Education Publishing Services Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND15 billion under the Decision No. 227/QD-NXBGD issued by the General Director of Vietnam Education Publishing House Limited Company;

- 18 March 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND25 billion through issuance of 1 millions shares for existing shareholders and employees;

- 21 December 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
