- 22 November 1976: Formerly known as Ea Pok Coffee Plantation was established under the Decision No.199/QD-UB issued by Dak Lak Provincial People' s Committee;

- 27 October 1992: Ea Pok Coffee Plantation State-owned Enterprise was established under the Decision No.652/QD-UB issued by Dak Lak Provincial People' s Committee;

- 31 December 1998: Transformed into Ea Pok Coffee Company with a charter capital of VND12.9 billion under the Decision No.3270/QD-UB issued by Dak Lak Provincial People' s Committee;

- 23 September 2010: Dak Lak Provincial People' s Committee issued the Decision No.2443/QD-UBND on approving the plan of transforming Ea Pok Coffee Company into Ea Pok Coffee One Member Company Limited with a charter capital of VND21.5 billion; 

- 19 November 2018: Transformed into Ea Pok Coffee Joint Stock Company;

- October 31, 2019: Decreased charter capital to VND93.88 billion.
