- 02 November 2005: VN Post Express Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND70 billion under the business registration certificate No.0103009824 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 25 November 2013: Charter capital was raised to VND91.5 billion;

- 17 January 2014: Became a public company under the Document No.327/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 09 November 2017: Renamed as VN Post Express Joint Stock Corporation under the business registration certificate No.0101826868 amended for the seventh time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 05 January 2018: Traded on UPCOM market;

- 03 June 2021: Charter capital was raised to VND150 billion;
