- 1974: Agricultural Mechanical Equipment, Spare Parts and Tools Company was established;

- 1983: Divided into Agricultural Mechanical Equipment, Spare Parts and Tools Enterprise -Region I located in Hanoi,  Agricultural Mechanical Equipment, Spare Parts and Tools Enterprise -Region II located in Danang and Agricultural Mechanical Equipment, Spare Parts and Tools Enterprise -Region III located in Ho Chi Minh;

- 1993: Agricultural Mechanical Equipment, Spare Parts and Tools Enterprise - Region I was renamed as Agricultural Electrical Mechanical Equipment and Spare Parts Company;

- 17 February 2003: Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Decision No.407/QD/BNN-TCCB on equitizing and transforming Agricultural Electrical Mechanical Equipment and Spare Parts Company into Electrical Mechanical Equipment and Spare Parts Joint Stock Company;

- 06 May 2005: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND5.7 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100103584 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 12 September 2006: Charter capital was raised up to VND7 billion;

- 05 July 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND16 billion;

- 27 September 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND30 billion;

- 2012: Became a public company;

- 30 November 2016: Granted with the business registration certificate No.160/2016/GCNCP-VSD with a registered quantity of 3,000,000 shares;

- 16 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
